Dr. Judy Favor, the CEO and founder, is no stranger to success in the fields of athletics and education. With over 30 years of experience, she has excelled as an award-winning coach, educator, scholar, and speaker. Her impressive career as an NCAA D1 and D2 coach includes leading Columbus State University to five consecutive NCAA Regionals, earning multiple Coach-of-the-Year awards, and solidifying her legacy in the Athletic Hall of Fame at Columbus State University, Southeast Missouri State University, and Culver-Stockton College. After transitioning from college athletics to academia, she has dedicated her expertise to leadership and team development, while also serving as a private softball pitching coach for over three decades, helping young athletes achieve their dreams at prestigious institutions across the nation.

Today, her personal coaching and leadership experiences combined with academic expertise and research in leader and team development, personality, and adult learning provide a unique and practical perspective in her work with teams and leaders.

Favor specializes in designing and facilitating interactive workshops and classes tailored to the preferences and learning styles of working adults. Drawing on her rich experience, she has presented on leadership and team development to diverse audiences across the United States, delivering hundreds of workshops to professionals in both technical and nontechnical fields.
Dr. Favor served as a faculty member and administrator for 28 years. She was named Outstanding Graduate Faculty in in the School of Applied and Interdisciplinary Studies at Kansas State University in Olathe, where she served for 11 years and developed and taught graduate courses on coaching for high performance, effective team leadership, interpersonal communication, emotional intelligence, employee motivation, and conflict management.

Favor's research "The Relationship Between Personality and Coachability in NCAA D1 and D2 Athletes" earned Dissertation of the Year honors in the College of Education at the University of Kansas in 2010. Her research has been published in the Journal of Coaching Education, the International Journal of Sport Science and Coaching, the Journal of Sport Management, and Adult Learning. She has also written a mental skills workbook for athletes, Developing a Champion's Mindset: Tools to take YOUR Mental Game to the Next Level.
