Judy Favor, Ph.D., President & Peak Performance Coach
Judy Favor has been helping others reach their potential for over 25 years. As an NCAA Division I and II softball coach at Southeast Missouri State University, Columbus State University, and Wichita State University, she led a team to the NCAA Division II Final Four and developed 28 All-Region and 7 All-American athletes. Two of her athletes played professionally and another played for the Canadian Olympic team.
At Columbus State University, Favor compiled a 276 - 87 record and transformed a mediocre team to a nationally respected program within three years. From 1995 - 1999, CSU advanced to five consecutive NCAA Division II Tournaments and finished the 1999 season ranked #1 in the NCAA Top-25 poll.
Known for getting the most out of her athletes, Favor was named Coach-of-the-Year three times as a college softball coach and once as a high school basketball coach. As a private softball pitching coach, her athletes have gone on to play at at numerous NCAA Division I and II institutions across the United States.
A dynamic and accomplished educator, Dr. Favor's coaching and leadership experiences combined with expertise in team chemistry, personality science, mental skills development, and teaching provide a unique and practical perspective in her work with corporate teams and leaders, athletes, and elite youth sport teams.
Dr. Favor regularly presents at conferences throughout the United States and her research has appeared in the Journal of Coaching Education, the International Journal of Sport Science and Coaching, and the Journal of Sport Management and is a long-time member of the National Fastpitch Coaches Association.
Since 2012, she has been a full-time faculty member at Kansas State University in Olathe where she co-leads the Leadership Dynamics Graduate Certificate program and teaches graduate leadership courses in team dynamics, motivation, interpersonal skills, and coaching for high performance.

Her 25-year corporate career has included leading, managing, and developing a variety of programs, projects, and teams at several Fortune 500 companies including Boeing, Jeppeson, and VMware.
A veteran program manager, Laurie possesses a unique ability to identify organizational road blocks and bring order to what others may perceive as chaos. She has mentored hundreds of emerging leaders and is a highly skilled and personable communicator and facilitator.
