Psychometric Assessments
​Leaders and managers often see only a portion of the challenges affecting team performance and satisfaction. We leverage well-validated psychometric assessments like Gallup Strengthsfinder, NEO-PI, VIA, Communication Styles, and the Thomas-Kilman Conflict Instrument to gain greater insights into team challenges and individual personalities. After diagnosing core team functioning issues, we create team coaching and development workshops that help get everyone aligned and moving in the same direction.
