Leadership Development Philosophy
Great organizations have formal leaders who occupy official leadership, management, and supervisory positions, as well as informal leaders, who are highly influential and make things happen.
We focus on improving leadership at all organizational levels: supervisors, managers, leaders, and employees. New, future, or experienced managers, supervisors, and leaders will learn new tools to enhance their leadership capabilities, boost team performance, and improve employee satisfaction and retention.
Team members will learn they are active contributors to building the type of organizational culture and work environment they desire and will learn ways to positively contribute to their team culture.

Leadership and Executive Coaching
1-to-1 coaching helps leaders, managers, and supervisors at any career stage improve their effectiveness by gaining deeper self-awareness, identifying their strengths and gaps, gaining new perspectives on challenges, habits, and beliefs, and practicing new leadership skills in a safe and supportive environment. Individual coaching helps elevate and accelerate the leadership journey, preparing employees to thrive in current and future leadership roles.
Assessments
Our coaches utilize a variety of well validated self-assessments (Gallup Strengthsfinder, NEO-PI-R, VIA, 360's) to help clients deepen self-awareness and understand their unique tendencies and preferences in the workplace. Coaching clients develop essential interpersonal skills to communicate more effectively, hold employees accountable, navigate difficult conversations, lead with emotional intelligence, and build and lead high-performing teams.
Coaching Process
Most coaching sessions are conducted using video-conferencing technology. Coaching clients generally meet with their Coach for 50-60 minutes every other week for 6, 9, or 12 months.
Coaching Expertise
Our coaches have years of experience as leaders, hold a variety of specialized certifications and credentials, and are members of the International Coaching Federation (ICF). Additionally, our coaches have advanced degrees (Ph.D. or Master's) with academic expertise in adult learning and development.

High Performing High Functioning Team Model
The High-Functioning, High-Performing Team Model (HFHP), developed by CEO Dr. Judy Favor, is a cornerstone of our leadership and team development programs. This model, which is based on over 15 years of academic and practical research, provides a framework that helps leaders and team members understand what to focus on to build a positive, high-performing team culture where leaders and team members thrive.
Data collected with federal and local government civilian work groups show the HFHP Team Model helps teams improve in critical areas like communication, trust, ownership, and accountability, and helps decrease conflict and attrition. More importantly, data show these positive changes last over time.
